When i extract the game its says that some files was changed or new ones was created and ask if i want add them to the archive no matter what i do the game wont start

everytime time i launch the game, it looks like it just instantly crashes, any particular reason as to why? or is my laptop just not good enough? (when i click on the exe i get a black screen for half a second before it instantly closing and then asking me if i want to put newly created files to archive)

 

[Research Purposes]

For those who are trying to get the game to work when experiencing crashes at the beginning upon startup,
the game does work you kinda need to fiddle about with the folder location, and have the keyboard inputs, reset to there original defaults, (having an older version of the game helps as the setting for some odd reason carry over), though once changed they begin to cause problems again.
