Ok, finally played the game to the end of the current update.
Things I've liked:
1. The art is really great - you can barely discern it from the tv show. Great kudos to the artist! The animations - something so important, but most of the time ignored or half-worked by many of the other games - is otherworldly! They're fluid and well-done.
2. One thing I really appreciated is the fact that the incest stuff is optional - I could complete the game without having to fug mommy or sister. I'm glad this option exists because I'm not into incest at all; thus, I could enjoy the game without having to skip through that kind of scene. I hope this trend will continue during the game.
3. I like the combat. It's simple and straight to the point; the dragon was the most difficult one, but after 3 trials I got the correct method to defeat it.
4. The personalities. The characters are living things and react to the events in their own way. That's quite cool.
5. The 3rd part of the game is more emotional-heavy and I liked it a lot. It feels the storyline is getting more mature.
6. How organic is the evolution of Danny and Sam's relationship. Really looks like two just-adults trying to improve their relationship in a respectful manner for both.
7. Desiree and Kate. Damn, those girls... Kate looks superb (35 years olds that take care of themselves look great! She shouldn't be ashamed of her age) and Desiree enraptures you with her sexy genie ways. I'd say her titfuck scene is the best one in the game. I hope Kate's home will be visitable in the future.
Now, the things I've disliked:
1. Not able to repeat scenes with the girls, except with Desiree. Kate is so nice and I can only do things with her once per playthrough, as with Sam, Ember...
2. The enemies you defeat... where do they go to? Desiree and Ember went inside the equipment, but the dragon, cobra, and the 2 band members...?
3. When a quest only progresses on Saturday and you are on a Sunday. Sometimes, the option to sleep until Saturday will show up; sometimes, not. Even if it showed up, I worked on the burger joint to get some money. The problem is when there is no skip to a certain date AND you have no other quests to do (this is glaring at the last part of the game), you're basically forced to fast forward the days. My suggestion is for random events happening at, well, random places in the city (stadium, mall, school, park) - even if they repeat themselves, just to get some stuff to do during those wait-for-a-date moments.
4. For the ball, I chose Sam. However, later in the game, the storyline considers that you took Desiree there. That was pretty confusing and broke the immersion a bit. Is it possible to edit those lines to go according to the girl you took to the ball?
5. Sometimes, the exposition is a tad too much. I didn't care about the Vlad character a bit and just clicked his script away, as the sword-in-a-tree ghost.

All in all, a great game! I hope it'll get more updates!
Speaking of which, I found the roadmap post on twitter... it seems Kate's done for the foreseeable future. Sad.
At least Desiree will get some love.

PS: Explored the computer a bit and found the scene gallery. And finally noticed the 'home' button.
