Alright I am completely stuck. I cannot proceed on the thing with cheerleader try outs or the stolen box.

I will work any and all times of day at the burger place, nothing happens, i just get more money.

I can visit the mystery shop at the mall and nothing happens - I cannot click on the guy or buy anything, its just a room with a dude, no interactability.

Go to school, no scenes starting in main hallway. Also I have *never* been able to message with Tucker outside of the first time, it always says 'try in afternoon' no matter the time.

At the mystery shop in the Mall, is there no box to click on? It seemed like the interaction with that guy over the stolen box is what triggered being able to work at the burger place for me.

Console and developer mode have been enabled by unren but cheats are still not working what to do? ?
First, search the game and subfolders for 00console.rpy.
Open that in notepad.
Search it for the phrase "= False" and the first one ought to be config.console = False
Change 'False' to 'True' (has to be capitalized), and save.
The next time you open the game, you can hit shift+o and the console will open, just like if you hit ` in a Bethesda game. You can type your cheat codes there.

I've been curious how the re-boot would go and gave it a shot after the update. Since it didn't turn out terribly, I might as well leave some feedback and ask a few questions.

Art style: It's basically still the same and I still like it, so thumbs up from me. Although I found, for instance, this
drawing a little awkward but that's just a minor personal gripe.

If I had to guess, the second pic tries to go for 'anatomy' which - to me - feels a little out of place cause it's otherwise a stylized cartoon look. But hey, I'm not an artist.

Story/Writing: The story and setting are nothing mind blowing but well enough executed, it's alright. I've never seen the cartoon but I would imagine it goes well with its themes and imagery. I appreciate that the writing goes beyond your '100 English words you need for every day conversation', I do, but sometimes it could be a little less. What I mean is that the pacing can feel a little slow. I didn't skip it cause I had the time and didn't become hot and bothered, so I picked up some typos and put it as images into a .7z below. There's better ways of doing this of course but it should do. Still, a really good job on the proofreading. In summary: It's not dumb porn speak and the typos are rare but if the pacing is so slow that I pick those up... Only my impression of course, so take that for what you will :)

Questing/Combat: I never had any issue with either, I think I checked the quest log once. Could be because I played the old version but it seems to be flowing more naturally how it is now.

Bugs/Glitches: Played from the start and didn't encounter any exceptions. I did however hit H to hide the text box and when I saw "Hide D." on the bottom of the text box, I hit d like a dummy. I assume that that started smt. like a debug process and then I started to get exceptions I could ignore. Restarting the game fixed it. Not a glitch obviously but I found it amusing and it won't hurt mentioning it.
As for glitches, characters were displayed over each other about three times in my game. Didn't cover up anything import tho and a change it the scenes revert everything back to normal.

Oh, and I never successfully managed to text Tucker. I know it's in the files but the game kept telling me that I should
try it in the afternoon, while trying it at different afternoons in the game. That's more a curiosity for my game I guess
and I prolly missed smt, not a big deal.
I'm also still confused if the choices you made while 'persuading' Sam to drop her clothes have any impact, but time will tell.

2 Questions:
- What's with hugging Maddie? I liked it in the former release but it never triggered here, planned for a future release?

- Will 'ntr'-content stay as it is?

TL;DR: Overall good job, thanks and keep on keepin' on.

No, this was all very inciteful feedback and I felt every point you made was fair and actually reflected my own views about my writing. Thanks very much. My worry is that I don't want to rush things, so I need to find a fair balance between the two.

With the console open, then you type in the cheats, such as 'player_money = X'. I don't actually know of any other useful cheat codes though...

My pleasure and happy to hear :) I can imagine the struggle and imho you're on a good path. "Less is more" is not easy to do, or to put it pretentiously, Goethe had it right when he said (roughly) that confinement shapes a master.
You'll probably never be a 100% happy with something, so I'd say be too hard on yourself. Have to go, enjoy your weekend 0/
And don't forget about the questions :p

I'm sure the hugging will get put back in, GZone just took out the logic for it by the time I came aboard. We'll probably make it something quest related in the future. We're just trying to make sure we don't make too much of a jump to explicit Madeline content before we safely make that a viable option, context wise, if you catch my drift?

The game doesn't have too much of an overarching storyline, other than the stuff to do with Vlad, and I currently see that as the biggest potential source of NTR based content in my own mind. So, I'm still not sure what you mean by "Will it stay as it is" but there will be some down the line. All avoidable of course, but it'll be an option. Anything I have in mind currently would only have to do with voyeur type stuff, as you described.

What is this NTR stuff you guys are talking about? Like, what does that mean (sorry, Google doesn't want to give me a definition)?
