I grabbed one of the 8 gb torrents from this thread for the latest update but, a lot of the triggers are just "this happens" with a single image that sometimes is not even related to what's happening, or a just a variable update instead of dialogue. Is this happening to anyone else? should i download form another source, like the compressed?

you need to find a spa certificate. It is in Elena's closet. Directly not in lockers, but on a shelf - a small piece of paper. Go to Kay, take her to the spa, the map opens with a new location.

Well, either im blind or something is missing couse i cant find the certificate...

But I don't get what to do with Fabio and Amelia. The quest log ony has a cryptic Russian line. It seems they are waiting for me to finish something before I can do anything in their workshop. But what?

Is there some kind of bug? After talking to Rei the game states that Rei's story got updated but Rei's entry completly disappears from the notebook.
