Yeah it is bugged. I tried reloading saves but it still does not work. Spent quite a bit of time to get to this point and now cannot progress. I know the dev is known for these type of problems, but so far every update was for me at least playable with some minor problems like russian language showing instead of english, but this is the first time the game got locked.

Cowards will be cowards. After constantly dealing with these scummy Devs on Steam (go to our Patreon! gib more moneyz, cash grab "support/wallpaper" DLCs, Walkthrough DLCS (when some AVNs on Steam give you it for free and is in the game itself) go to our discord etc) and now, this Dev with his latest post on Steam, people aren't happy.

People didn't buy an early-access game on Steam in order to find that half the functionality is only available if you buy it again off-site.

So, I think I am close to not buying anymore AVN games on Steam cause of these Devs. I have maybe 3 more that I plan to buy, after that, I will just be playing everything on here. Tired of giving these Devs my money. I feel bad for the Patrons that give these money hungry Devs their hard-earned money.
As far as I understand, the developer does not position additional content made on the basis of the wishes of the patrons as part of the main game. Therefore, such a theme can be perceived as a paid DLC. And practice with paid DLC in Steam for games in early access is not uncommon. I don't think it's good, but it's not unique.

Will we live long enough to find out?
Pseronally I don't think so, since the games focus is on BDSM and that somehow doesn't fit together in my opinion.
But I do hope that at least with Elena it will be a halfway 'normal' relationship story. Sure, there is this whole alpha/sub thing, but the story also implies that she's slowly letting go of her anger and warms up to the MC somewhat.

To get (A) Alexandra's panties you need to spy on her at night while she is in her bathroom,
