When I tried the incest patch a few versions ago, I got the heck out of it. The stepsisters and stepmother kept popping up. After that, I play this game without the patch, so at least the narrative logic is preserved.

Idd and the animations are some of the best in the games on site imo. The scene with a sleeping Kate is epic but they're all good.
