Super Alex has been writing all these years that everything is going according to plan! That he found new developers, etc.! And that the next update will be better! But in fact, he simply did NOTHING! And now that he realized that it was the end, he came up with a new plan! Make a remaster, which will take at least 6 months! And everything he did in 5 years, he will give us for the second time! And then he will say that nothing works out again and that we need to change programmers and scriptwriters! The man has been making content for 5 years, and as a programmer, I will say that he is simply lying!!!!!
yup funny thing sounds like releasing remaster in parts then another 6 months for the second part then another 6 months for new content longer than 5 minutes

Well, I am a software engineer and as a software engineer with some experience of hiring external inexperienced programmers I can't find any evidence for a lie

Not reading the entire forum. But is this game just recently updated after a huge hiatus and the game quite recently being registered as abandoned? I can swear that was the case.
There were frequent updates in the past years, although some were small and overall the story did not move forward much ... however afaIk the game was never abandoned.
If you check the dev's patreon page there is a lot of communication.

I could swear it was abandonned like a month ago. If not mistaken it was version 0.99 back then too. or 0.95.
Probably a moment of automated labeling with ´abandoned´ being reactivated then I suppose. idunno.

Quick peak. Seems good. But I guess we did get an update to .100 somewhere in the last month. Pretty sure about that.
Sure good to know this game is getting some love. Hope the guys a few posts back are just wrong and the guy took his time to make it work so it all lines up with the intended conclusion for the game. Occasionally check in, and as the link in my sig proves, it was 0.92 back then. So it has been moving forward. Happy to see it. I like (relatively) believable games that have well written dialogues. This is pretty much up there with the best. Don´t like the moms eyes though. Hope he´s gonna fix those up a little too. Minor details though.

Yes, v0.100 was released recently, the according extra version hasn't made it here yet.
Development of this game is incredibly slow and two of the updates were so short that it was hard to believe that this really was all there was ("grab a glass of water" and the recent one). The development has been the background for many jokes, but the game is not being abandoned.
Some day we'll see it finished, someday ... We will be old and gray by then, but we can tell our grandchildren that we were there when it all started. And then they will see us in a new light, meet us with newly found love and respect. That alone is worth the wait.

It probably was just a side job to earn money while mc was in hospital causing heavy bills each day.
Now that he is safe at home and her office job goes well, she seems to concentrate on that ...
(Or nobody told the new writer that she had a "night" job, too ...)

It has never been established what she does for a living or what she did. People just wish that she's in a shady business.
We know that she was in modelling business (foot model if I remember correctly) at some point and something didn't go well for her. And that's really all we know.
