Well said all around, but I wanted to touch on this opinion of yours. I totally agree that this scene, along with . . . well, essentially all of them, are incredibly hot. Like stupid hot and clearly a level above like 99% of games out there. The dev has talent in regard to the renders, imagining sexy poses, and creating sensuality.
Which is why I am so bamboozled with the lack of escalation of the scenes after six years. Were I a dev of these adult games and I had his skills, I would devote all of my resources to making sure I was pumping out more and more scenes, to showcase my talent and bring in more patreon subcribers. In my mind, there is no reason Super Alex shouldn't be a premier developer raking in tons of cash, with arguably the hottest models in the industry. In my mind, I go back and forth on who I think is the best artist in this space, and Super Alex is always in my top 3.
I agree with your take on the AI stuff. But one thing I'll mention, is that sometimes devs go way overboard on adding excessive animations, which obviously gobbles up development time without adding much to the adult scene. I think Super Alex is sometimes guilty of this. To some extent, animations certainly add life to adult scenes, but when there are like a bazillion animations of a simple blowjob from a bazillion different angles, then yeah, that's overkill and wasting development time. All that time developing the excessive number of animations could be spent developing more scenes with one or two animations, thereby pushing the story along. I'd imagine it's a tough balancing act: as a dev, you'd probably want to add just the riiiiiiiight amount of spice to each scene, but you'd also not want to overgarnish every scene, cause then you'd slow overall production to a snail's pace.

I think it's pretty obvious that MC had a relationship with the landlady and flirted with roommates. One day, the landlady gets jealous and pushes MC. He feels and... coma.
Even if I'm not right, I highly recommend not expecting anything special or mindblowing in a coma situation. Story in the game isn't the strongest part

Agreed on all counts. Top-tier adult VN devs pull in tens of thousands of dollars per month on Patreon and there is no reason why SUPER_ALEX shouldn't be one of them. I can count on one hand the number of games that have models and renders as hot as Amnesia does. The biggest barriers to success in adult VNs are talent and audience. SUPER_ALEX has both already and just has not capitalized. Like you, I'd pour everything into developing the game in order to grow that audience, keep them happy, and rake in the money. It's so frustrating to see someone with so much talent not take full advantage of that talent because they are such a terrible project manager.
True that devs, including SUPER_ALEX, sometimes put too many animations in for the sake of it. Like, we probably didn't need 24 animations of the Kate boob fondle/suck scene considering how similar many of them were. Half that probably would have been enough.

Functions available*:
- change amount of money
- change rel levels with girls
- change dominance and pervert levels
- change how to name 'landlady' and 'housemate' (only if you don't have the incest patch installed)
*If you apply cheats and want to save the game after that - don't forget to change the screen (just move to another location) for the changes to take effect (and then save) - otherwise you will see the old data (before applying cheats) after loading your save slot

The plot hasn't changed much, it just moves faster. The quality of the renders is a bit better. MC still looks like an imbecile. Added some slightly out of place AI art. All the "controversial" scenes that were the juiciest have been removed. The plot hasn't advanced to the previous level.
It's hard to understand what this whole remake was for.
