why?
not a bug, instead it's dumb player who did something not actually in game and dumb dev making it possible (0.90b will prevent that). that has been quite debated issue in this game past several pages.
fix: load a save/autosave before going there or try to rollback.

That scene is split into several animations.
16 of them you can find in
game\images\Alexandra\!story_alexandra\Animations
They have a total length somewhere between 105 and 121 seconds (the clip length in the player is rounded down, so it's hard to say. 105 is the number of complete seconds, meaning the value for each clip is up to 1 second short).
That's almost 2 minutes of animation.
