Usually the writers make the mistake to rub the relationships constantly into the readers face. It would be enough to establish them at the beginning and then later just use names, only mention the relationship occasionally. That'd be more realistic and much easier to write patches for.

Mine should still work, as it needs no updating unless becoming incompatible with the unmodded game.
So far it hasn't.
I've given up trying to keep it linked to the OP though.

Sure, but I didn't say that anyway. I said in short: Establish the relationship, then use names only.
"Family" was not part of that sentence, meaning: It can be a "neighbour" or "stranger I picked up from the bus station".
After that names are enough and also make the conversations a lot more natural.

Good thing then that I didn't say that you could. If you read the post again, it was about how to make it more realistic and at the same time easier to mod.

But you can get away with it if you let the player chose manually. Works for Lust Theory for example. The player decides and everyone's happy.

dev has a history of announcing a release date anywhere from few hours to 2 days before it releases . it is very possible for the dev to announce and release the update on the 30th .

i admire any one who can actually play through the annoying sandbox of this game, not get pissed with every one witholding all details of the past from the amnesiac mc and hiding every aspect of life while claiming to be there to help him remember, and the agonizingly annoying quests of fetch around the sandbox for small items hidden in various locations for a useless scene to only progress enough to repeat the useless endeavour... true it has beautiful characters that actually look unique to the game, and beautiful animations but if thats all whats the point
