This is why it's good to have multiple paths per character in porn games. A big problem developers encounter is that after putting in the work to create the game(ui,art, style, premise etc) they have to balance out teasing with payoff. And when they get to the payoff you have to create more and more elaborate scenarios to keep things fresh otherwise it gets boring for the developer not only the player. A lot of them burn out and either slow down/abandon the game/abandon the game to put in all of the work on making a new game/just give up and turn it all into a fuck fest without story.
If you have a corruption and romance paths they can cover the same ground twice without it feeling repetitive which is better for the long term health/sustainability of working on the game.
