Is there a way to fix that in the next update?

It goes back to the original version, before the remaster. The developer doesn't appear here, so it's pointless to ask him questions. As for the Russian text - it's a few phrases of no particular value. They talk a little about the sleepover in Alexandra's bedroom, and about her continuing to “help” her adopted son. Believe me, you haven't missed anything crucial.

After calling Eva, I can no longer hide the dialogue box. Neither "H" nor "middle mouse" works. It appears others have been dealing with this problem as well. Please patch this, dev.

In this case it will not,
the reason for that is that some of the "English" dialogue for this event is missing.
