I have a rough draft for the "Loyalty/Love" Route.
I am replaying and tidying it up at the moment.

So, I put my money where my mouth is and made an ipatch that does more than just fill in the default relationships for the ladies. The stepcest content has been fixed back to them actually being biologically related. I didn't change the story too much, though I did have to make a slight adjustment. The MC is now the youngest sibling. Personally I think this works better. Kate and the MCs relationship works better where the oldest sister took care of her baby brother which led to them being super close and the "forgotten" middle child (Elena) feels resentful and acts out to get attention.

This mod should be future proof unless the dev adds in a new family member. You might want to go to "Change Relationships" on the settings menu and hit "Default" to get it to work. Download here and extract to your game folder.

No need to duplicate the whole variable.rpy. Just create your own file with your new variable. Or put in another file (like maybe in relationships.rpy)

You are right. I did want to keep all the variables in the one place, HOWEVER, if Super Alex updates his variable.rpy then I would have to update my mod and I want to keep it as future proof as possible.

Hey all - Quick question? Is it better to go the DOM route with Elena or the LOVE route with her - I'm trying the DOM route and it doesn't seem to be getting anywhere with her - I enjoy slapping her around cause of the way she acts but dang she is a tough nut to crack lol - such a bitch lol

I've figured it out. Ever since the malware have been going around, I've been using Sandboxie. When I used the ipatch it created folders in the Sandboxie work area, which needed to be removed to get things working.

2020 year: decent game, decent characters, sandbox but not grindy, decent enough teasing and anticipation for what’s come, bright future (they say)

2020 opinion: initially I had two major hook-ups that made me stick with the game, the first one was the badass menu theme, the second was the nurse interaction, where you could be perverse or not.

2025 year: horrible rewriting, watered-down characters, terrible new intro that includes now an unrewarding photo collection at the hospital (logic-wise, made no sense), previously-implemented content is no more (little to none), new system where favors one aspect but you lose in other, sandbox remains (you’d imagine a rework would involve a shift into VN possibility, but no cigar here), no graphical improvement (not a dealbreaker, but it was used as an excuse)

2025 opinion: all in all, this is a completely new game, in a bad way, the badass theme is no more, the nurse one-on-one is no more, older scenes gone, confusing new system, future not bright, changes in the story but a lot of it makes no sense, one last thing, I don’t often harp on this train, but this game has 5 YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT, the rework did this no favors and its terrible and now the game HAS LESS CONTENT THAN BEFORE so at this point...

well this is still funny gotta admit that, too bad this was just half update or 1/3 update since many things in .100b aren't in 0.100 and also some things like mc having met that girl in hospital already before players meet her was added. no idea if calendar thingies (whole system copied from midnight paradise) affect anything. error was that doc called mommy as your (mc's) alexandra (not that he was wrong).

Generally it'd been better just to continue story not remake it.
