5 scenes, 1. talking to that neighbor, 2. talking to architect for reward and she starts working on it, 3.-5. minor scenes with sisters/mommy/rei/ex-gf/nurse

I find it most unlikely. It would be a first to see so many characters get new content in one single update.
This game should have the tag "Landlady Porn".
Landlady is probably the most often used noun in the game ... and it makes the whole game a "bad" read. The usage of "Landlady" and "My Friend's Son" and "Housemate" in most situations feels completely artificial. For the regular version of the game it would be better to just once introduce the characters as a female friend of mc's family/father and her daughters at start and then just use the first names of characters (Alexandra, Kate, Elena, ...) for the rest of the game.

I really wait for that story arc to continue. So far Elena's is the only interesting plot in the game.
The other girls don't really have a story so far, it's just about getting them layed or into BDSM or whatever.
Sure, that will be the goal for Elena as well, but currently she's the only character that's at least partially interesting.

Elena's laptop problems
It is inconsistent that
- Elena asks mc to fix her laptop,
- when mc arrives at her room she is using it, the desktop on screen is clearly visible and
- once mc starts to work on it all he sees is a blue screen.
If the OS is damaged, Elena should not be able to use the laptop until mc has fixed it.
-> Wrong images used for the event ...

I have seen worse in other games.
Worst mistake ever: There was a VN with four persons at the table and a pan with 5 portions of lasagna in it, the sixth section of the pan was empty. They never explained who got that missing piece.
Honorable mention:
MC: Can I use your laptop please? My phone is broken and I need to check emails
LI: Meh, sure, go on, but I keep an eye on you
*mc does his stuff*
MC: Thanks, now I go back to playing shooters on my PC
It continues in one of the next scenes with Elena :
The mc enters her room, Elena sits on her bed, the mc enters her wardrobe, looks for the SPA certificate ...
... and then mc starts doing phone calls with the SPAs while Elena is in the room. I don't think that her wardrobe is soundproof.
