Been a while since I played this, but IIRC:
1) You increase lust by making her feel good during sexual activities.
2) You can follow her to the toilet after giving her an aphrodisiac. Aphrodisiacs are one of the items you can purchase.

Does anyone have problems with the mouse dragging? I can't move in the game because I can't drag with the mouse. Although the clicking works. Because of this I can't remove her clothes or do anything besides the bj scene XD
By the way I am running this on a macbook via the latest version of parallels. The previous versions of the game don't have any similar problems. Any recommendations?

Are you using an actual mouse or the touchpad? I've had the occasional game fail to understand touchpad inputs.
