I can't believe Future Fragments and Lunar Crisis actually released. Both disappointments, too. Also, I haven't updated this in so long Gamer Struggles wasn't on the list yet?
My most recent surprise hit: Princess Reconquista. Recommend.
Finally, it is getting increasingly hard to rank games inside the tiers, which was always a bit of a crapshoot (and only applied to upper tiers anyway). So don't read too much into it.

I can however recommend Potion Shop Schwesterherz for review as someone who played it a bit. It feels a bit unclear how to progress at times, but otherwise it has the gameplay loop established, and sex actually being part of the game is a big positive.

Imma be real, I feel like Karryn's Prison is horribly overrated. The art is good, but the gameplay feels like false promises. It gives you an illusion that you can fight back and do it on your own terms, but there's only one path you can go, which is watching Karryn become a slut. A lot of the gameplay parts are also kinda sloggy. It's a good game, but I wouldn't put it as high as it keeps being put.
I think it's overrated on the basis of how horrendous hentai games can be. Remtairy had a point in complaining about the state of H-games as they went to make KP.
That said, you may have a point. While being expertly prepared and/or playing on easy difficulties gives Karryn no problem in getting the best ending just about flawlessly without becoming a degenerate, the game is designed to have challenging RNG, and every loss makes her sluttier. Combined with achievements tilting towards both flawless heroine and slut degrees, and a min-maxer player will probably do their perfect run achievements first before bringing Karryn to degeneracy to the point of no return. And of course, there's zero way to recover Karryn from slutdom, once you start losing it's a spiral. But I like that it really changes what options I have and incurs risk.
So far my absolute favorite H-game is The Fairy Tale of Holy Knight Ricca: Two Winged Sisters. Although the primary complaint is that the paladin story trope is stale, this game actually makes characters have strong conscience and regret with valid triggers. The game deceptively sets itself up lighthearted and foolish at the start, but patient players will realize the nice stuff is just a background for trauma for the protagonist and sudden sad feels from the player's memory. The game has a good balance of campy humor and dreadful circumstance that makes it so compelling to keep going for the story's sake. And the old-school gamer can have fun seeking out those hidden prizes on distant paths and weirdly jank platforming setups. And of course since we're talking about gameplay on this thread, it's Smash Bros Melee Adventure mode, but emotionally impactful.
A close second match are the 2 Guilty Hell games. They have a weird alien kind of fantasy setting that draws you in, with enough WTF to make you curious enough to keep going. Although game 1 plays more closely to Alien Quest Eve, and game 2 plays... really grounded and combat-like. It's a weird change in the game genre feel but since I like heavier limitations and strategy I enjoy the combat of the 2nd game more, though it's in development.

Nice list, I appreciate it as someone who's insufferable about gameplay in these games, and I also appreciate the inclusion of some gay games lmao.
Some I like that weren't here, mostly fucked-on-defeat games:
Moon Rhapsody: This is my favorite ever to this day, but that's very subjective and probably because it was one of the earlier ones I played. Sorta open world top down Zelda style I guess? With some Resident Evil vibes and other unique stuff thrown in? Quite unfinished and is in development pause for probably a couple years (until Kosmic finishes their other game, another H game I like waaayyy less) and also has some kinda unfair and brutally hard combat but is otherwise very good and I'd say it's got some special things about it that I won't forget. Full of little secrets and stuff you can do too.
Flower Fairy and Flower Witch, both by misinkoujou: Now THESE are some of the first ones I played. Platformer / combat games, clunkily put together with clunky gameplay and not the best porn content but I've got a soft spot for them. They feel like pretty complete games, it's just the combat can be frustrating.
Metamomenta: Basically someone's attempt to make their own Metroid game and I'd say it's cool enough. Feels short but complete, nice porn content, fun gameplay, and exploration is okay but is largely hindered by the lack of a map. Also has some bad bugs and gets boringly easy if you pick up too many max HP upgrades, as I did, so if you're good at this type of game avoid that.
Adumbral and Crimson: This one's a weird one. Absurdly early in development, slow and weird feeling gameplay, but god, vibes are on point. Basically a roguelike that takes place in some eldritch unknown void dimension with a femboy protag that can get through the game's enemies through three methods: killing, fucking, and some other thing that I think sends enemies to heaven or smth idk. The gameplay although slow and clunkily put together, to me it's kinda compelling, though it still needs further updates to be actually great. The porn implementation is the only thing I don't like, it's just not fappable to me, but still, I'm kinda obsessed.
Vivi and the Magic Island: This one's generic but just... it's solid, idk what else to say. I haven't finished it yet but the gameplay is entertaining, storytelling and art are passable, and idk it's just a solid B tier game. Has an annoying bug that happens every time you jump though.
Game known as "Punisher": Absurdly obscure and old game that god knows how I managed to find, a man gets desperate sometimes when F95 seems dry of good stuff. Anyways, it's similar to the previous one, solid generic B tier game, this one has better gameplay though I think, and is much harder. It has gore but can be turned off. Protag is kinda loli-ish which isn't my favorite.
Extra notes:

You start getting slut points even before you lose anything. She gets horny and need to masturbate regardless, and she'll get touched a lot if you pick up any of the side jobs.
I remember trying it out a couple years back, I didn't get far. When it got to the first rape scene, it went into way too much detail about the disgust and distress for me to be comfortable wanking to. Also, ew goblins.

I'm probably more of a fan of depression and dread than I am of porn, so I understand - I played to avoid the loss scenes. Amazing game on the gameplay and story side though, but the porn is actually sad enough to cause regret and turn a fap session into a reflection session. Genuinely a good game if you want something that feels serious.
I don't like goblins much, but shoutout to the RPGM game Goblin Conquerer for turning goblins into a story of existential horror that solidly hits the mark on the trauma of pregnancy from rape (the clinic chapter).
I guarantee the first game will be fun, like a weirdly jank Alice in Wonderland experience. The 2nd game's start feels a lot more "normal" and the charm didn't arrive as quick as the first game's premise and setting, but the combat is leagues ahead and the new skill tree confirms it.

Just want to comment a couple of things:
- To add to your review on LonaRPG - the game has some gore content and the actual H-stuff isn't that great - at least from what I've seen on the F95 page - and though they now say the MC is 21 I think originally that caveat was not added until people pointed out that she looks younger. I still can't unsee her as being too young for some reason so I've only played it the once and dropped it pretty quick.
- Obligatory "you should put Parasite in City higher." Seriously though, it's much more solid than this ranking would lead someone to believe, and also it's one of the earliest good porn games that was accessible to everyone, and as such it was the introduction to porn games for many (including me).
It also has a growing modding scene now (One particular mod adds new animations and a new COD-Zombies style wave-survival map), and a dedicated fan art thread.
- Project Extermination shows a lot of promise still, might actually have a new demo in the next few months. Would still wait to review though because the dev wants to make it a proper game, not just a porn game, so he's doing a boatload of system development and other stuff like that which are boring but necessary for such a game.
- Spire of Slime looks really promising but the game is under overhaul at the minute to change the way exploration works. Still worth keeping an eye on.
Other than that, generally agree with the list or have no particular interest in the games/have never played them and never will

Replying to some short points here.
Lona's flat and childish look was gross to me too, thus making the big booba mod a necessity. It's amazing what chest size can do to perceived age. Although since I'm a mature lady fan, my tastes are unfortunately not so common to find since most games favor younger looks.
Parasite in City was clunky but older gamers tend to be acclimated to it, like those folks who played through the entirety of the Batman GameBoy game. That said, mods help a lot. I got one that simply touched up the game a bit in significant ways, I had no idea more animations and survival mechanics mods existed. I'd enjoy a link to that, if you would kindly post it.

Honestly that big b00ba mod looks much better! I'm still not a huge fan of the art (at least in how it depicts the sex and the violence both look kinda gross to me) but that's made me more likely to play it in the future where before I would never touch it again.
Yeah, the animations aren't too exciting currently, just nude remasters on gameover and an adult facehugger extended anim, but the new mode is quite fun. As far as I know the guy should be working on it again now. He was on holiday for a few weeks after the 0.2 release and I think he's also the guy who cracked Tunnel Escape, which has some pretty major DRM protection so he's pretty busy).
