GANBARE! Tentacle - small game, small and good gameplay. old-time and kinda grindy. have a gallery 8/10
Harem Trigger!! - garbage but fun. big (around 3GB), shooter, shitty nsfw animation but kinda fun. 4/10
Let's Turn The Pick-Up Beach into a Free-For-All Nudist Fucking Beach!! - management game, grindy. don't remember a lot but 5.5/10
Dress-Up Traveller - go right, beat some enemy, get material, and build a new outfit, not a lot of content. have a gallery 4.5/10
Forest of the Blue Skin [vA1.20b/vB1.05] - platformer, collect monster girls in various methods, good pixel animation, but you have to use instructions outside the game on how to capture any of them. have a gallery 9/10
Echidna Wars DX -platformer, good gameplay, good animation, 6 stages 3 bosses not a lot of enemies but enough, it's kinda vore more unbirth but really good game overall worth playing, don't have a normal gallery only free play where you can summon any enemy (except bosses) 8.75/10
R18+ Monster Girls You-kichan! -platformer, good gameplay, kinda hard, good story, good animation(first time seeing boobs movement while crouching in pixel game ), have a gallery. 9/10
Demon Angel Sakura 1-4 - (*with every part better) good gameplay, good story,
animation good*, giants and vore some other fetish overall good. have gallery 7.5/10

tentacular has good story, but the "gameplay" is pretty meh
On the whole I'm still waiting for a game to really nail pregnancy as a gameplay mechanic. Meanwhile, Tentacles Thrive is probably your best bet, despite all its shortcomings.
Another small update. Ive been too busy to play much more. The other games suggested in this thread are still mostly on my todo list.

I was a bit confused with the game ratings, but after realizing most Excellent/Good games were Female Protagonist / Male Domination, I now understand why. I personally prefer Male Protagonist / Male Domination, so working for H-Scenes (Con-quest), slowly corrupting girls (Witch Trainer) and collecting a harem (Breeders of the Nephelym) would be my personal higher tier games.
I think it'd be interesting to insert the list of Genres you personally like in your original post, just to have a reference. Also, I read a lot in forums that there aren't many varieties of Female Protagonist games out there. Most of the time it's always the same plot and I empathize with you that there should be indeed more originality.

Weird seeing an RoR game listed, makes me wonder: which of these games actually work with the porn when it comes to rewards design? Which of them allow you to see, let's say more than half of the available content within gameplay (meaning no gallery unlock of defeat scenes) if you play perfectly? No deliberately incurring negatives, pursuing optional content is fine even if it doesn't bestow any advantages though.
VNs are honest, they're picture books. But the ludonarrative dissonance of deliberately trying to fail, over and over, in weirdly specific ways just kills the point of a "porn game" to me. Same with gallery unlocks, why would I want to see the "what if you lost and got raped to death" scene after beating the boss to avoid that fate.

With a narrow definition of RoR (a genre which basically runs contrary to the idea of winning and avoiding rape at the same time), I guess She Ill Server would apply. It has rape of MC, but mainly she gets NPCs raped by summoned monsters. There is also Queen's Legacy, which iirc has combat rape, but also a lot of content involving other characters and prostitution.
I wasn't asking for RoR, that one just stood out as the complete antithesis of how porn should be delivered to give value to the non-porn gameplay. Another positive example would be the "minigame to strip" type versus only getting lewd scenes for failing by hitting a trap.

Off the top of my head, Karryn's Prison and On Edge have the sex well-integrated into the gameplay. You win/progress in the game by doing well at the sexual part. Well, in KP it's optional but I think the meta favors a "slut" build that takes the initiative and milks enemies dry.
I'm sorry I haven't updated this thread in so long. Its still on my mind, I still have a list of games that I have played and need to add and games that I still need to play. Haven't had much time lately, I promise I'll get around to it
A huge update with pretty mixed games. Nothing truly great for sure.
Interesting insight, and sounds about right. I prefer edging to these games, and I like to have something nice to look at while I do it. Hence female protagonist. I also don't enjoy having to work for H-Scenes for *hours*, since I don't have that kind of time. Especially if it takes forever to get to the first H-Content.
I don't mind harem games. But at the top of my head I can't think of one that has actual good gameplay. For example, Breeders of the Nephelym fails hard by making you walk around a lot and giving you nothing interesting to do.

Added; not sure how I missed it. Wasn't my favorite but I'll admit its pretty good.
There are quite a few RoR games here simply because the "run" part requires actual *gameplay*, even if its usually not that good. Unless these games do something really well I will not rank them as highly as games that integrate porn better, though.
At this point in time you can expect all the games rated excellent to give you good porn during regular gameplay, and the fraction decreases the further you go down the list.
I might check out on edge despite those ridiculous tits.

Yeah, but it still means you failed in some form. I'm thinking of something where you purposefully breed monsters and women to e.g. create units for a strategy game or something. Tentacles Thrive does something like this, its just that the strategy game sucks. The Demon Lord's treasure actually looks like what I've been thinking of - played it today and can't deal with the MTL, however.
On that subject: Quick and small update, mostly with 3d trash.
I can probably remember more but those are some that are fresh in my memory I think you should try based on your list.
