From what I heard its kind of buggy and incomplete compared to the flash version
Is mostly to show the Unity port, and it delivers, compared to the flash version, this version runs more smooth without pixelation, also the interactions are more responsive. However, from time to time the game starts up wrong with messed up graphics and sprites, is just a demo of the port but its good for an alpha so far.

I try a lot of games that came out but nothing worthy to add. I recently play Brainwashing with Tentacles R and is quite good but not anal-only a exception of one character and one scene, not enough to be added.

One that I have still on revision is Grace of the Labyrinth Town and honestly is really good, is a really slowburn, it took me like 5 hours to get to the anal section but it was really intense the foreplay before that, she losing her virginity was really hyped out. When this game came out I comment on Ci-En about how the game feels like a downgrade from Princess Party, and even the previous game, how it feels like with every game they lost more and more player agency, PP had multiple endings with dedicated anal-only variations, this one has just one.
I kinda feel bad about making that comment because multiple people agree, so yeah, is apparently a common feeling among fans, also seeing how they sell less and less with each game.
Anyway, Paid Dating Fantasy is quite entertaining but yeah, anal-only is limited and the plot is lineal with taking virginities being obligatory.
I didn't find any download link for the game, I'm going to keep an eye on it and put it on request if I find it.

Yeah, Princess Party is way better, they are really inconsistent devs, they are either mid or great with their games which is a surprise seeing how they just repeat the same formula but they strip down elements with each following game. Its a dev team which I can only be mildly excited when they announced a new game.

Actually, this remind me that Lab Rats 2 - Reformulate, which is an expansion of the base game using mods, added new expansion called Virgin Tracker which show what characters are virgins and also allows the player to manipulate girls changing what they like and dislike as well as having events were the girls get addicted to multiple fetish, included anal.

It was mentioned in another thread but The Better Deal seems promising so far. There's not that many scenes yet, but you can go anal only in them so far and can optionally make the MC a virgin if you want. The dev also mentioned an anal only route will be possible.
