That tripped me in my first playthrough. If you talked to everyone, go to the rightmost part of the school and then up to talk to the teacher

If you've talked to every student, investigate the top right bookshelf in the grumpy professor's office (I forgot their name).

i've heard demons roots and black souls are nice though admittedly i haven't played them myself
