Wait so what's different from 4.4? The Mia scene didn´t seem any different to me but I´m probably misremembering something?

You're right that's something is changed. In 4.4 we can't read her thoughts, and that the collar used a DDS attack on her antennae to stop her actions and the guy blew his load timing his shot, they argue and calls her out for being superficial so she runs away sad, in 4.5 she did all of the above but swallowed all of it, and can read her thoughts
