I played today for the first time and in the first 2 days there was some very minor groping that you can turn away from, beyond that I don't know. Also some unavoidable voyeurism watching mom with her boyfriend then she has a dream it's her but the visual is very minor, you see her riding a dude but no penetration and you can't see the dudes face.
