1. Try to change your software renderer: Press Shift + g after game launched.
2. Extract .rpa files using unren.command for Mac and then run Ren'Py SDK 7.3.5 (That worked for me.)
Link to unren.command for Mac see my signature.
3. Try my compiled Mac version using Ren'Py 7.3.5. (Based on compressed version for testing only.)

Install RenPy SDK in the same folder where you store all your Ren'Py games. As soon as launch Ren'Py SDK the game will show up on the left panel - select it and click on "launch".

Does anyone have any problem launching the game?
I get empty renpy window and black background and nothing else.
I tried Shift + G and the texts don't display either.
I installed Renpy sdk and launched the game from there and still showing the same thing.
I don't see any text or any picture.
I tried with both compressed version and the full version as well but the same issue happened.
Any help is appreciated.

Looks like your Mesa driver is outdated and no longer supported by Ren'Py in v7.4.4.
Either try to upgrade Mesa driver or use Unren.bat and use Ren'Py SDK v7.3.5.

Same here, not sure if the hospital scene came prior to this, can't remember since I can't roll back far enough and don't have a save there, but I'm stuck after Anna had a fun moment with her dildo and then thinks to herself "...Perhaps I should go look for other adventures?...". Thing is, I can visit every location, some report I can go to, others say I don't need to go there, but I can't do shit in any of those places so am totally stuck and unable to progress the story...
