It was suggested that if you chose Porn, that Anna might work with other directors, so it might not always be Dilan. I think on the private route, it will always be Dilan, because that's his speciality. He tends to do work that's commissioned by private individuals or organisations. But I suppose he could still do collabs with other directors.
My point is that if we choose no, the scene should be different, that Anna has no modeling experience. And if we choose yes or no, we have two identical scenes that differ only in dialogue. Hopelessly it is not logical. I didn't care if she had any past experiences because I chose no, for me she didn't. The game just ignored my choice, I was scammed by the game.

Whichever choice you make, it's not possible to choose for Anna to have no modelling experience. Because even if you never choose for Anna to go further during Chapter 1, she still gains some modelling experience. So you haven't been scammed by the game at all. By choosing to play the game, you have already accepted that Anna is going to be a model, at least in some capacity.
For me, this is an illusory choice. I don't remember if Ch1 Anna could avoid being a model? If so, my choice was ignored. I don't like anything like that in games. So why is there a choice in which Anna had no experience? Since the game treats her anyway, she has experience. Weird and illogical to me because dev should make a separate scene from being that I have no experience in modeling.
Well I can assure you that it's not possible for Anna, not to visit Dilan and start modelling for him. You can choose not to go past a certain point. But then on the second occasion, you have to model once again, but you can limit how far she goes again. The point of all this, is that it's impossible for Anna not to have some modelling experience at the start of Chapter 2. You not liking that content is irrelevant, because that's not where the storyline leads. You might as well say I don't like certain content in a book or a film, and then expect there to be an alternative version where that content isn't included. It's part of the game, and you have no alternative but to accept it, if you want to play.
And in the new update, I hope that my choices from the previous version will be taken into account.
I think that's the eventual intention. But the more routes you open up, and the more choices you make available. The more likely it is, that you are not going to achieve this immediately. Particularly if it involves choices, that the vast majority of players never make. The Devs rely heavily on feedback from patrons and other players regarding errors, or parts of the game that don't work very well, and if the feedback isn't forthcoming because nobody reports it or very few people report it. Then it's easy for it never to get fixed, or for the fix to be delayed because hardly anybody cares about it.
As well as the fact that you have to accept the Chinese offer, otherwise you will get stuck on the task which will be endless. Dev hasn't fixed it to this day.
There's actually another similar issue, on Jeremy's route after the corporate party, if you choose for Anna to resist his demands. The point is, these are all choices that very few people ever make. Most people who play Jeremy's route will never try to avoid content with him. And the same goes for the content you mentioned above. That means it might be fixed in the next update or it might just be delayed again, if it doesn't cause problems for the main routes that most people play. Eventually these and other issues will get fixed, because me and other patrons who are active on Discord, will continue to remind the Devs ( hopefully though there'll be fixes for both these issues in the coming update).
I had no problem with the second situation, maybe because I did not choose this path.

This outfit was chosen by patrons in a poll. So I'm afraid the majority of them don't agree with you. Having said that, Anna usually changes her main outfit every 4-5 days. And this is the 4th day that she's worn this one.
Here, too, they could do a survey.What costumes were there to choose from?
