personal evaluation of chances who will she have sex with so far:
micheal (always forget his name sry - the black guy and friend of rebecca) chance: about 90%
porn shoot with whomever - chance: about 100%
benjamin - chance: about 75%

I think she's definitely going to have sex with Michael in the next update. He's one of the three main characters ( the others being Ashley and Patricia) that she so far hasn't had sex with yet in Chapter 2. And then another Porn Shoot of course.
But we did get that image of Anna wearing a maid's outfit and when I queried on Discord whether that was part of the escort route, Deep didn't directly respond, but I did get a thumb's up from him. So I'm not sure whether that means she'll be filmed as a maid on that route or she's going to be role-playing for a wealthy client. But it suggests that's not going to be part of the ordinary porn route, unless he has Anna dressed as maid on both routes of course.
And she's going to meet up with Benjamin at his new home. Does this mean he's no longer going to be a hobo? All those people who wanted Anna to be gangbanged by Benjamin's hobo friends are going to be disappointed, if that's the case. I'm not sure whether we'll get another sex scene in this update, and if it does, I'm not sure whether Anna is ready yet to progress to full sex with Benjamin. I'm pretty sure it will happen eventually, but maybe just not yet? So perhaps another hand job or maybe a blow job ( but perhaps intentionally this time, instead of Benjamin taking advantage of the situation).
I think everything else will be just moving the storyline further, and setting up more sex scenes later in the week.

Sandbox - RPGMaker style game, where you explore and walk around
VN - Visual novel, so you only get the story scenes without walking around.
Since this game is straight forward with no exploration rewards, many prefer the VN version.

You get the same choices, there's no difference in content. The difference is that in Sandbox you can move around a map in order to trigger the next scenes, while in VN the scenes trigger by themselves. The Renpy remake that you played for Chapter 1 is VN style, so maybe play the VN version here as well.
