I played the game once normaly and quited in chapter 2, because the required skills were to high and I often couldn't unlock scenes. So I just resorted to play it by chapter and admittably ignored those who doesn't seem to be Kate focused.

EDIT: The Changelog is talking about the last update, the new one is about everyone's favorite broken girl
Wait a second there were only 3 Gallery scenes in the last update not five and no new location. WHAT DOES THE CHANGELOG MEAN!? Oh wait it counted the legally distinct D&D game as a new location, which is an odd choice, and it counted by image instead of by gallery scene. the Changelog explains it
