From my current playthrough, I don't think there is any. I haven't come across anything that would seem like NTR. So you should be okay with the current content, dk if the dev has plans to introduce NTR content.

(V1.8 just got released here on the forum a day AFTER V1.9 was released for high-tier supporters on Patreon)

just change xxx to any number, hope this helps.

you can also change the girls' lust and love stats by doing this:

heroinename.love = xxx

no true scotswoman is still bugged for me, its telling to read the blackboard but it doesn't have the correct thing.

Edit: Updated to 1.9 version from their patreon and the bug is fixed.
