As stated on the Patron page. The release hits the Incel level of Patron and then 3 weeks later is released to the public. Version 1.9 was released to Incel on June 1st so I expect the public release around June 21st.

That is a bug, you have to update to 1.9 and then it will be resolved.

Or you can get the free updated version of 1.8.2 on the official page. Which has been fixed of said bug.

I was running 1.8.2 and still had the issue. It was only resolved for me once i updated to 1.9

I wish I had that in my teens and twenties...
First off:
1.go to the renpy folder,
2.then select common,
3.open console.rpy with notepad,
4.find the line "config.console = False"
5. change "False" to "True"
6.save and exit, then reboot the game and once you're playing then press Shift + O.
Hope it helps.
Same as the normal "MC.Love=XXX" only replace "MC" with characters name. So for example to set Flora's love to 100 it would be "Flora.Love=100"
