Honestly, the game has a fair grind when you do a full playthrough, even if you miss some stat checks, because there is a lot of choices where the 'bad' choice actually opens a distinct narrative path, so you can pass it as immersive. But the biggest problem comes from doing the Chapter Select when you try to check out different routes, because Chapter Select spawns you with only minimal requirements for the titular questline.
Either way, enjoy and please share if there's any issues (don't forget to read the bugs section!).

I assume I opted for a regex because I initially expected I'd need to use /\bJo\b/ or the like. I'm content to leave it.

In the spirit of the Programmers' Third Virtue, I figured I could do better than that. As it turns out, technically I can, but it really wasn't worth the trouble: as of v1.14, your patch suffices for everything except two lines in the script, perhaps neither of which most players will ever see.

The attached patch fixes those two places anyway, and (if we are a certain kind of fortunate) may also fix others which have yet to be written.

(Place this file directly in the game/ folder to apply it.)

Kate's Interrogation: you need to fap in the music room and get caught by Kate, but I don't recall the specific triggers. EDIT: see Parafast's comment. You need 15 lust points, and choose "Thriller" when fapping to Michael Jackson's statue.
Isabelle's Wrath (Jacklyn Ver.): it's the same as the Kate version you already got. But instead of asking Isabelle "what's really going on?", you simply don't interfere, and she fights Jacklyn.

I don't believe "Tiny Thirsty Tree" is required outside wooing Flora, so skipping that should nip the Thirsty Tree quest-line in the proverbial bud. I've never tested it though.

There's some very brief tentacle x Flora in the wannabe D&D session of "Don Juan Quixote" the girls roll their eyes over.

That's also correct! Theoretically anyway. Really not a lot is implemented yet so you can whore around to your heart's content until about where we're at this season (the second of a planned four) and only specific girls push the subject.
