Unity Completed Anthro Heat [v1.0.0] [Edef]

unfortunately for most of us we can't make our own game (with hookers and blackjack or w/e lol) so most we can do is either throw money at the devs and hope they listen, or start learning to code/model etc. and I've got way too many other hobbies and projects so as the saying goes "ain't nobody got time for that" lol.

I actually am going toward Software and Game development right now! But mostly focusing on 2D games for fun. I'd love to try doing a VR game sometime (prob a SFW one with NSFW on the side or something, I'll figure it out)
You are right though that NSFW games especially furry ones are ultra niche. Most of the best ones I played were literally Text Adventure games like TiTS/MVOL or something.

If I were to make one, it'd be solely personal and educational oriented over profit. My goal (ideal) would be a 3D Furry Simulator game with optional romance, proper AI for the characters, interactions between Player and NPCs (proper Top and Bottom) with Bottom being the focus since it's significantly harder to do and it's what I'm more into. (not a guy, so I'll probably neglect the other half)

There's a lot of limitations with VR I'd love to explore and figure out workarounds. It's really hard for characters to interact with you (esp with FBT) since you're stationary and standing irl (not bounded to the game world). I got some ideas though.

Anyone can crack Steam games. Steam DRM is very low-effort, it is only for discouraging piracy. There is no attempt to block piracy at any cost. It's a one and done DRM. It's been reverse engineered to hell and back. Many opensource applications exist specifically to patch executables to remove it. There are many legitimate reasons to remove it too. So they simply do not care. It's a deterrent to most and that is all that matters to Steam. Look into the application 'Steamless', and look into Steam Emulators.

Why would you ever recommend SteamUnlocked? Just use SteamRIP, its a lot safer.

i've done a little modding, a little 3d modeling and CAD stuff, and i like messing with VR hardware and software; but actually making a game is more of a time investment than i can afford unfortunately lol

VN games have a story, progression, and choices. So, basically everything I said that Anthro Heat VR lacks. (doesn't have ANYTHING that a game should have) Some VNs even have little minigames sprinkled in.
Completely missing the point that Anthro Heat VR's ONLY goal is "Sex Sandbox" yet it is incredibly lacking and even FarmD has surpassed it largely. And FarmD offers more than just that. That is just, really bad.
Like I said, AI includes basic pathfinding and being able to make decisions. FarmD has AI which allows for characters to move around, interact (with other NPCs and the Player), and can have their behaviour be customised (Active vs Passive AI) when character creating. Oh yeah, did I mention FarmD has a character creator? A sandbox without any character creator, not great. I don't think Anthro Heat VR should use any LLMs or GenerativeAI in general, but none of that is necessary to make the characters feel more alive and immersive.

You're forgetting the fact that farmd is ugly as sin and the ui is terrible. even if the characters can follow you around and have sex startup animations or whatever it doesnt matter if i dont want to see that in the first place.

Frankly, credit to the devs for not being rabid about piracy. I've seen other games go to extreme lengths to combat us, but they didn't go crazy. I hope the Steam release is well received and makes some money from people who've been following it here.

I would honstly buy the thing on steam but I am one of the unlucky few who live in a country where the type of content is restricted, only unlockable by having a viable credit card tied to the account and I sadly am not legally allowed to get one so the uploads here are my main way of accessing the content.

Cats Hidden in Paris is in the 75th spot on steam top 250 it lists the following features:

1 Level, 100 cats

❔ Easter Eggs

Hint System

⏰ Timer mode with leaderboard

⚙ In-game Settings

Theres no story and the mechanics inside is literally click on spot, have a timer, get hints.

Cats Hidden in Paris has actual win conditions... You can win in and AND progress in it. It's a proper Puzzle game.
Anthro Heat is a severely lacking "sandbox Sex simulator" that barely delivers and offers very little. It's barely a game.
