Use the Replay Page, then u should see Misaki with Yukata scene, go through with it and that will populate your CG page.

Thanks so much, that fixed it! Not sure why it wasn't unlocked, but it really bugged me every time I'd see those 2 blanks on the CG page lol

it was intentional, those scenes were not part of the original pre perfect edition, was added as part of the perfect edition and therefore not on the actual storyline itself
