how far is the story from this VN compared with the anime? does it have more story or the same amount of content like in anime?

Considering that the anime was based on the VN, I'd say that the VN has if not more content, then at least content that has been given room to breathe and hasn't been squished into a 20 minute format.

Don't know if it helps, but try and edit System.dat in save directory
change ScrFullscr=1 in ScrFullscr=0
hopefully it doesn't start full screen and you can set it right

Is the perfect edition worth replaying for the extra scenes? and is it only misaka that gets the extra scenes
