SS is starting the clean-up too. You can forget about certain content, and they may not stop there. The only way is to create patches, but again, how long will that last with associations finding the content and reporting it to platforms such as Patreon?

I had no idea. Does this apply to adult games only, or just to certain tags like incest or something similar?
If the dev shows at the beginning of the game that the characters aren't related (for example, dialogue about someone being adopted and the player not being able to change it), will this be acceptable, or will such games also get banned?

SS is banning developers to now for the same type of things. And yes, it is hard for people, since SS only accepts credit cards and many credit card companies have blacklisted SS and most don't work.

If so, why are games like Regret Island and UberPie still there? Regret Island has really strong content, and both games involve incest. The only thing I've seen lately is that only Daily Lives of My Countryside has been (I think) blocked because the website is unavailable. But maybe you're right, maybe the hunt is just beginning...
