I've been watching this thread for a while now, waiting for the release. I'd become a patreon if I really liked the game - I already pledged for many of my favorite developers. But I just don't like to go in blind. I want to try it first to see if it's my cup of tea

Have you played the devs previous game Dark Neighbourhood? That was very good in terms of writing and humour. And it looks like the models in the new game have gone up a notch.

Dark Neighborhood was horrible, I played 2 hrs and could not stomach the cringey writing any longer. The MC was probably the worst one I've ever seen

Hey everybody is entitled to their opinion and Dark Neighborhood seems to be one of those things you either love or hate.
The majority of people here loved the game, especially on this thread, me included.
