Have played this game till v0.06 coz 0.07 was never released for Mac & now the same thing has happened with v0.08, has the dev stopped making the game for Mac or is it something else?

Sorry mate. If I recall correctly, Psychodelusional created all of the assets from scratch. Your best bet is to either search the Daz modding community, or look through their native catalog of Genesis textures. There are also many other animation/art engines that have their own internal catalogs that may help you track down the various assets/wire frames/textures used to create the Ava character model.
