If we go off the last 3 dev cycles, the first one took about 6 or so months. The other two took around 9. The dev said that these took longer than expected due to unspecified reasons. This recent dev update had the dev say that most of the core animations are done, and they are focusing on the story elements/transitions. After that is complete they will code, write, and do the sound.
With all of that to go off of, I would say the absolute earliest we will be getting this update is February, and the latest will be April. Given the fact that the update focuses on two characters (Evelyn and the MC), as well as there still needing to be a decent amount of work to be done where anything could go wrong and hold up development, its safe to guess this time frame for now.

The patch does work, you just have to extract it to the game folder, not inside the existing game folder (that causes the error).
How many hours of gameplay so far roughly ? The models look great and the gameplay keeps getting suggested on porn sites but i normally still to the complete tag
This game is better without the I-Patch. The story is absolutely trash with it, MC's got like 15 moms n shit.

Yeah the game is probably gonna be finished in years if the dev don't stop before but honestly I enjoy it I just hope the dev actually post update to finish the game and not decide to remake it just to milk the sub
