I'm aiming for 1 or 2 months max — it could be sooner or later, usually later.
That said, I rarely give estimates because too many things can affect development time and the challenges are often unpredictable, especially when working alone (or almost alone) on a project of this scale.
Generally, I only start communicating when I'm working on the final scene, and then again when I enter the beta testing phase to announce the exact release date.
really like your game glad your still giving us updates on the progress even though its not done some creators just vanish entirely

Where the place to find the other area? I already go left back right etc but not founded
Even though it's not 100% complete yet, this walkthrough covers your current issue. There are six buttons in this scene, not just left and right, as you can see in the top right corner. So explore a bit and go back to the generator. Everything is explained here:

you can continue from your old save, if your playthrough was v1.24 or higher.

Damn, that’s really unlucky! The game should be stable at this point.
Could you please send me the error screens, so we can fix this as quickly as possible (and check if you're on the correct version of the game, etc.)? Do you play with any mods?

Thanks a lot, and sorry if this affected your gameplay experience.
I'm having a few variations of his #3 situation. Like him I can look at the default character screen, but once I start paging through it, I get an Error screen. The attribute screen also just gives me an error screen. Oddly enough when I first downloaded the latest version (unfortunately cannot recall the last version I had) I loaded an old save, and I could see the first screen of the attribute screen, but as soon as I tried to navigate through the other options it went to the error screen. Since doing that it's just straight to error screen. Doesn't matter if I reload that save or started a new game, only error now

Alright, first, thanks for taking the time to report your issue! But it seems the bug you've mentionned has already been fixed. I’ll confirm this with a second opinion, but according to your log, you're playing version 1.26d, which indeed introduced a bug in the character screen that wasn't present before, due to the addition of the Russian language. This was fixed in the next version (1.26e), and we’re now at version 1.26f. As you can see in the changelog available on the main screen:

You can download the latest version here:

If you're currently stuck because your save loads directly into the character screen, I can tell you what I would do: I would try transferring my save files from the old 1.26d version to the new 1.26f version and launch the game from 1.26f. That should work.

I find this a very interesting game. It looks like a lot of work has gone into it. The story is awesome, the graphics good, but it's a little difficult trying to figure out what to do sometimes. Currently I'm stuck at the beginning of chapter 2 because I can't enter the windows on the neighbors house and if I cross the power pole I die.

I tried all options, and the only pathway leads to death. I'm sure this isn't supposed to be the end, so is there something I've missed, or is the game only developed this far?

Edit: Apparently I didn't try all pathways, it seems I needed to eat the mushrooms to find another pathway allowing me to go around.

The game will have continuation ? dont see any update post for sometime
Yes, it is! (Even though I’m currently taking a 1-2 week break from it ^^). I’m still working on Chapter 3, and actually, I’ve been so immersed in it that I haven’t even had time to reach out and keep you updated, haha. But I’ve got a lot to share with you, and I’ll make sure to do it properly when the time is right.

Yeah, that part is indeed a bit tricky, and the fact that you ate the mushroom actually has nothing to do with it. It simply unlocked the scene with Deborah. You could have missed the mushroom entirely or thrown it away and still made progress (just without accessing the scene with Deborah).

Basically, you needed to try the three windows and then make your way to the back of the building. At that point, the scene—although slightly different depending on whether Deborah helps you or not—leads to the same outcome: the path is too dangerous due to stormwater puddles and exposed electrical cables from a fallen utility pole. So it's better to turn back and return later with the proper tools. (Without Deborah, all you need to do is throw a rock at the fallen power pole to see that it's live, realize the danger, and retreat. But of course, the scene is more complete and enjoyable with Deborah—especially if you like her—since it offers more content and provides deeper insights into the world and story.

But yes, I agree—it’s a bit tricky, which is why, alongside Chapter 3, I’m also working on an in-game walkthrough that retroactively covers Chapters 1 and 2. It'll be available via a skill (which players can choose to start with) and will provide real-time guidance during moments like this, so players aren't left entirely on their own.

Naturally, this also extends to Chapter 3, where this skill—among others—is now fully integrated to better guide your journey.
Here’s a rough idea of what it might look like:

That said, it will also be made clear that this skill might not appeal to everyone. Its unlock method is specific, since—like a walkthrough—it might be seen as a kind of “cheat” or potential spoiler. Some players may feel it breaks immersion or diminishes the sense of mystery. That’s why it’s introduced in a specific way, with a warning message before unlocking it.

Note that other skills, like Empathic Sensations (which lets you see which character stats will be affected) or Deadly Intuition (which helps avoid game overs), also guide the player while staying more aligned with the lore and without breaking the fourth wall too much.

Thanks for your response, and my apologies for not figuring out the additional pathway around the back sooner. I'm not sure if I missed it in the tutorial, but I started hovering over the top right icon to display the options on the screen.
