A sandbox game with all those attributes? I haven't found any others. I think Tim's are fairly unique. There are more for Giant Boobs or Muscle Chick only, but the males are always lacking in those, if there are even any.

no game needs "pregnancy" to be considered as a Game.... actually prego options for any Game are just a huge turn off so yeah. you can keep your fetishes to yourselfMissing hints quests need to be fixed days etc everything ;(
