I see, I don't play online always had problems playing online with other games.

Note that with the new function takes into account age :
"New age based pregnancy chance formula: 18-24 = 24%, 25-39 = 16%, 40-59 = 8%; breeder x2 + fertility potion x2."
So the only cases where you get almost 100% is when the girl is between 18 and 24, she's a breeder and mc takes the fertility potion.

I tried that too. Multiple times until I gave up and quit. Everybody is infertile in my game and I'm past day 80 lol. Thanks for trying to help.

Not really I believe IIRC all you find is a note or something like that but either way I think the chase for that one ends there.

None that I can think of you can try save scumming by saving before approaching the random girls you meet exploring and reloading.
