Do I miss something or simply run into a bug? I think the policies system broke for me.
All girls in the guest house keep getting progressively unhappy and then just disappear (they leave, I assume even though there are no notifications).
I always make sure that there's enough food, I've bult a bathhouse and chose a policy which allows them to rest if they feel even slightly unhappy. And yet I saw them working with red emojis for mood. I tried to chose different policies but it doesn't seem to do anything. I even removed everyone from their jobs but they still got more and more unhappy.
Slaves in the basement on the other hand are perfectly fine and behave according to work policies.

And right now my guest house is completely empty. But my basement is full of happy slaves.

This is happening to me. I set it to allow them to take a day off, there is a plenty of food, but everyone's happiness is just draining like crazy. I think it got worse in the latest update.

The snake event still does remove your companions (at least trans)... so not fixed yet.

Sometimes your Guests feel a little crowded if there are very few free beds left in the guest house. Leaving a few extra free beds usually will stop their happiness from plummeting.

Another cause may be if you have removed a Guest from a job. Your Guests do form relationships, and breaking up friends may cause some unhappiness, but that does not usually affect the whole Guest House.
