I've seen some 18+ gameplay in youtube and other porn sites. It's the same. I doubt that they use the pirated version of the game.

Depending on who you choose you'll get a h-scene with her at the final chapter and a possible ending. That scene featuring the girl w/ glasses having sex with multiple men is indeed a rape scene but only happens if you lose or give up in the fight against some delinquents

At the end of the game depending on your choices you can have several girls to choose who you'll end up with, if you fuck that girl in the locker you can choose her ending at the finale
