I think most people make my mistake and stuck in the game.

The main reason for this is raising relationship levels in cheat mode.

3/5 for linda relationship levels, 2/5 for sara. The game will be in regular order.

Yes, that's what I did after 10 minutes of struggling. Is Linda episode only new in a patch? No progress for Celia/therapist house unlocking or class girl Macy/Sara's friends/pool girl?

I'd just recommend not to try and change flags, but money/relations are usually fine unless they trigger something else, then it's up to the developer's skills.
