I'm feeling like a noob. I can't find the quick save/load keybind

P.S. I did a search prior to asking.

The slots are here but can't find the key too

They're located in your Milfy City root folder and then -> /game/saves

There's two locations for save :
1 In the game folder : Milfy City v0.2d\game\saves
2 In App Data : C:\Users\USER-NAME\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\Milfy City

You have to delete them in the 2 folders

that's weird, after i put the envelope inside the locker, i saw the walkthrough that you can put items from the sex shop inside it, i bought it and i cant put it inside the locker, is it a bug ???

You have to do do it in two times (Milfy City v0.2 (Edit 09 May 2018) PDF page 20)
1 - Put envelope inside the locker
2 - Go back home, install the Webcam Software on your PC
3 - Go back to Celia's locker. Put Sex Toys and Sexy dress in her locker

I'm using a mac to play the game (both Mac & PC version). However, I've found the saved folder for the PC version, but for some reason the mac doesn't have a saved folder. The closest thing I've got was a py/pyo documents in the renpy folder.

I couldn't find it there either, unless I'm looking at the wrong folder (lib -> renpy). I've checked every folder, nothing besides those 2 documents.ensive:

Nowhere, you have to wait for version 0.3 (that will be focused on her).

Do you mean the options at the bottom of almost all the renpy games? They are not present in Milfy City, nothing to fix.
But.. you can re-enable the function to hide the text with this fix :
