Well personally I'm not one with heavy fetishes, just a bit of power-play and I like competition in games.

I wouldn't find it a problem to admit them cause it's not on the taboo aspect, for me something arousing is, for example, sex in which they both try to be the dominant one in the positions and finally someone surrenders to the other.

The competition that I seek can be found in many shades, be it just the relationship, characters trying to impose on my MC or them aiming towards what is part of the MC life (a.k.a protecting wife, sister, girlfriend...). I always found getting out of hard/almost impossible situations oddly satisfying.

To show an example take the wish to be the dominant partner but I don't want a fair fight, I want to be tied at the start, so I have it harder cause to dominate the scene I should free myself without losing to pleasure. The harder it is the higher the accomplishment and pleasure I would get from it.

So... while it isn't something "taboo" it's kind of... unique? I don't know. Still the short version of "I'm seeking sexual challenge to domination" would make some people laugh lol.

You should check the fights people get involved in when there's a NTR "debate". Almost as crazy as the "my one true pairing" ones, so it's super refreshing to get scientific discussion on it even if you don't have the fetish (like me - not a turnoff, but completely neutral to it, even though I'm a huge masochist; the same way I have pretty low pain tolerance even though I'm both a masochist and a drawn ero guro/gore/blood yuri fan).

I disagree about fetishes not being theraputic for tramas. Before the pandemic hit I was deathly afraid of going to clubs, social events of any place where...
