I'm a bit confused by the changelog. The big change of this update is the sacred story? Or there are other stories that have been updated? Besides the introduction of the nun, I don't see a big difference. Also: " Emma in the kitchen (New Content) " I didn't see any. It's the same scene while Julia is preparing something in the kitchen. Or it's at Emma's house?

No, that was never a part of this game, It is a threat (danger) and it is avoidable, (see page before https://f95zone.to/threads/area69-v0-78-k78games.60707/post-11019594)
the game has (mindcontrol, rape, which is avoidable) the game has voyeuristic scenes, the 9th picture not the 10th is a mixed pair having sex and the MC peeping trhough the window.

The woman is the doctor who treats MC at the hospital. Other than MC's imagination, their relationship in game is doctor/patient only. The man in the image is her husband. You discover their story as part of the overall gameplay and even get to watch them fuck, hence the voyeurism tag at the top of the mod but the doctor is not an LI. There are other voyeuristic opportunities in the game as well.
There is good reason that my dear friend Xapican asked of your specific knowledge regarding your view of NTR because EVERYONE has a slightly different slant and many vary wildly into one's own head canon regardless of how far they stray from both the actual definition as well as F95zone's site definition.
I will no longer argue the issue. It is dead. That is why I gladly share what I know of the image of which you asked. However, NTR in this forum is a real can of worms I will not reopen again.
