No , there is not such a thing with "Sara" and "Principal" as it was with Elena, with the principal you can inject her clone with pheromons, and have sex and her lactating. that is all.

How do go further with the Dean? I've completed the alien quest and inject her with pheromones but nothing happens I go to her office and interact with her but there's nothing new.

I already answered that a few times, even recently. Use search and you'll find it.

No, but the claim has also not been reported to the site,
I downloaded it and had no Virus warnings, (used Pixeldrain) and no problems detected.

F95 detects infected uploads very fast, so if it had one, they would have replaced it and placed an announcement about it in the OP.
Lots of other people downloaded it and noone else complained.

So this was most likely just a false positive for that person.

Yes, that is the only unavoidable scene. There's one, while early in that quest, where you can have sex with grandma while she sucks on your uncle, but if you don't go to the living room it doesn't actually trigger (although you will see it when you are checking the cameras to advance the quest).

If you choose to join the uncle in raping/taking advantage of the grandma, are you still able to get him kicked out or do you lose that opportunity?

I don't think you can avoid him getting kicked out. Even if you only do the story scenes, Emma will still know he was doing those things (likely because it's caught in one of the surveillance videos), so he will always get the boot.

Vai ao teu quarto e dorme até ao dia seguinte. Se todas as outras missões estão completas, deve ser suficiente. Senão tens de avançar mais missões.

Go to your room and sleep until the next day. If all your other quests are complete, it should be enough. If not, you have to advance more quests.

No, just go to sleep when it's full moon, and you hear the wulf howl ! then it triggers , you have to be in your room for that.
