Are you in the quest step where it says to talk to Amelia in her bunker and she isn't there?
If that's the case, you need to advance other quests.
Most quests, when they don't trigger and advance, either need you to sleep in your room at night or to advance other quests.
If that's not your issue, then just let me know what the quest hint says and I'll dig up the code to see what needs triggering.
The text is as follows: I need to speak to Adriana in her room. I have the Spanish translation; the name "Adriana" may not be hers. Thank you.

That is the alien leader. When you advance the very close encounters quest enough, you will have a new location at the school (it's a cube like thing when you're at the entrance).
Please someone help me with Sacred Sex, I can't seem to get evidence for Emma no matter what I try.

that evidence is triggered after the last dream, just go to sleep, and monitor after that again.
What about the last part where you have to see Father mario in a few days after the failed exorcism.

Whenever a quest says to wait a few days for whatever, it will either trigger by sleeping in your bedroom at night or you need to advance other quests first.
In this case, it's the latter.
Does this game have NTR besides that julia x vampire scene ? It didn't had ntr tag before as I remember i haven't played this in a while
maybe next year :v since he couldnt finish vampire or werewolf story :v

This has been answered before (including by me) with a rundown of questionable scenes. You can search for it.
There is also a separate thread dedicated solely to the discussion of NTR in this game.
Short answer is that there is no NTR technically, so definitely nothing that would attract NTR lovers, just a bunch of borderline ones that will trigger people that hate NTR.
The only really unavoidable scene of these is the exorcism attempt with the priest where it's technically sharing.
