Yes. During the sacred sex quest you can spare both Ava and Lilith and both will have futa content available to them. You can have fun with them in futa or non-futa form, they can have fun with some of the girls and you can even join in threesomes with the futa form.
That is all though (so far, and most likely ever).

That quest is already finished (other than maybe the dev doing repeatable scenes that crossover with other quests), so you can enjoy it to the end already.

Buy the costume in the mall, then go to the living room. It will trigger it at a specific hour (I think 19h?). I think the girls also need to have enough affection to trigger it.
Can't be bothered to look for the exact conditions right now, but if you're still having trouble triggering it let me know and I'll look it up.
Those are every single post related to 0.84 but there hasn't been a release yet

Arsen is correct 0.84 has not been released yet. The dev said in the new post that he will start working on it again in 2026, he said all the stories and routes are finished and polished. He just needs to do the renders and animations (which takes the most time) and 2026 will be the year that Area69 ends.
When update 0.84 comes out on Patreon and i get the links for it i will upload/leak it on here for everyone.

You are exactly correct, 8 months nothing. I dropped at month 5 but he still has 445 people paying an 15 of them are at the $50 a month level, and now he has said that the game "ends in 2026", I would guess that this will be the last update IF IT EVER HAPPENS.

Ava has scenes with the household members only. Just aunt, cousin, grandmother.
Lilith only has scenes with the nun.
I don't think we'll get scenes with either of them and other people, but only the dev would know what he plans on doing.
He planned after the main storylines were finished to have them connect with each other so if the game continues we may end up seeing that. Will leave the message below it was 3 years ago though and its in spanish.
I am having some difficulties with the Sacred Sex task. Together with the priest we did the exorcism and failed. After that it tells me to talk with priest after couple of days, but weeks have passed (ingame) and there is still no interaction button in the church with the priest. What am I missing? All other tasks are fullfilled or waiting for a future update. Thanks in advance!

When you get stuck in quests like that, there are only 2 solutions:
1- Advance other quests
2- Sleep in your room at night
Usually one of these (or both) will let you advance in the quest. In this specific case I think you have to advance other quests first, most likely July and Lucia's, since they have some connection to it.
But try to sleep in your room first, although I think this step does require other quests.
