The ones that might need a command have it in the list. Like the one you quoted: achiComplete("uniIntel")

Intelligent: (most likely reaching int 10) not in the code files, if someone knows the requirement let me know, otherwise use console - achiComplete("uniIntel"). I've got this one. I did by buying all drugs, consumed them up 100, max personality and up your school grade by keep enter the school until finished when i checked i got it. i did it with the latest ver.

Consuming drugs is for the addict achievement, intelligent is most likely reaching 10 int. I already had the intelligent achievement by the time I made the list, and the achievement itself isn't in the code files, so I couldn't actually confirm it (and I didn't feel like starting a new game for it).

How do you progress the Sacred Sex quest after the failed ritual? I started a new game, got all the dreams with the demon, did the first ritual and now the game basically says "wait for Mario to figure something out", but it's been weeks and he doesn't respond in the church.

I went to test it, reset the quest and did all the steps. Just to debug, I also started a new game and rushed the quest. Whenever it tells you you need to wait a few days, all you need to do is go to your bed and sleep (not nap).

the perks are planned, for the moment it only strikes the Werewolfes with fear, and you can't be turned, Dialoge with Silvia in your room is different, and the thug in the alley shit in his pants, you can be turned in to a Werewolf, and form your own pack with Lucy, also WIP

Other than what xapican said, also the masturbation scenes in your room can become different if you're a vampire, werewolf or neither.
But as he said, both options are still a work in progress, presumably we'll still need a few more releases until we can have real consequences from either.

If you use search you'll see that it's been answered many many many times before.
Valentina is in the beach. At 18h, I believe. Didn't bother to go check the files, but it's been answered so many times that I think I've memorized it already.
