There are a LOT of conditions.
-First of all, you'll only get dreams once you reach a certain point in Emma's quest but once you finish it it will stop. So if you didn't get all the dreams but finished the quest, then you're out of luck.
-Second, even though you need to advance Emma's quest to start with dreams, that particular dream is linked to Valentina's quest.

So, TLDR; is that you need to finish Valentina's quest and advance Emma's quest enough to get dreams but not complete it.

The full conditions are:
-emma.storyLvl >= 52 to start having dreams and emma.storyLvl < 120. Then it's a random chance to dream.
-Once you do dream, it's a random chance which one you get. If you do get Cole's dream, it actually need Valentina's quest finished to show (otherwise it does nothing)

as a sidenote, at emma.storyLvl >= 74 is when you can get the Nun dream.

Well, there are still quite a few quests pending. It's possible the dev will continue either the werewolf or vampire quests, but, given how this release finished, I think it's most likely we'll get the repeatable scenes for Emma's house.
It's possible we'll get both, but I'm getting the sense the dev is trying to wrap up more quests and leaving the main 2 (vamps/wolves) to be finished last. So I wouldn't be surprised if we instead got the end for some of the other quests, like the aliens one.

You need to advance their quests. When you advanced them enough, you'll get a new option when talking with them. If I remember correctly, only 4 actually have any followup.
Likewise for the pole dancers. Once you advance their quests enough, some have follow up options.

Yea, I just noticed it myself, an extra dialogue option appeared.

Love the variations of scenes in the Church with the ver 0.80 I dowmloaded from their Patreon.
This is my fave format of game so far. Where you can make pivotal decisions based on good/bad etc.

Just wish there were clickable objects and drawers etc , like in Indecent Desires.
And the added perv options of Midnight Paradise.
I do appreciate Area69 for how rich the storylines are.
