The user you, show in your pic is part of F95, and has nothing to do with the dev. he don't have the game himself, you get it here if someone is so generous to share it. easy ?

As Xapican said, that user is not the dev. The dev isn't active on F95 at all (or at least not in this thread). SonsOfLiberty is a forum user that is a patreon and that shares news from there sometimes, nothing else.

Also, I would assume that beta testers would be patreon users. Part of the perks for paying would be to have access to an early version.

EDIT: I also just searched for beta in the thread and came upon this:

So yeah, SonsOfLiberty genuinely had no idea what you were talking about, especially when you don't even mention the game you want the beta for.

That's all the update costs, unlike most dev's the dev's isn't scamming people. The beta is out.
